Information we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and order details. Because all of our products are for adults 21 and over, we use a third-party age verification service at checkout, and it may ask for information needed to confirm your age. The carrier may also check photo ID when your order is delivered. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors (Authorize.net and Square) and are not stored on our servers. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and we keep records of the messages you send us, such as order questions and damage or delivery claims.
How we use it
To process, ship and deliver orders; verify that you are 21 or older; send order confirmations and tracking emails; handle changes, cancellations, returns and claims; provide customer support; prevent fraud and spam; meet legal obligations, including restrictions on where products can be shipped; and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the store: payment processors, shipping providers (including ShipStation and the carriers that deliver your order), the age verification provider, our hosting and security providers, and site analytics. Carriers receive your name, delivery address and contact details so they can deliver, and require an adult signature at delivery. We share only what each provider needs to perform its service, and we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
Cookies and embedded content
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working and to keep the site secure. Embedded content such as YouTube videos loads only after you choose to display it.
Retention and security
We keep order, shipping and claim records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. We protect the site with security monitoring and limit access to personal data, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights

We will confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and we will answer the appeal within 60 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general. We honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires it.
Age requirement
This site and all of our products are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
