These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of myblissfulcanna.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from MyBlissfulCanna, operated by The Natural High Brand Co, 1372 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309 (“MyBlissfulCanna,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site and to purchase any product. By ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older, and we may verify your age at checkout or on delivery. We cancel and refund any order we cannot verify as placed by an adult 21 or older. You are responsible for making sure that purchasing, possessing and using our products is legal where you live.
2. Products and Regulatory Notice
Our products are hemp-derived and are sold as dietary supplements, topicals or pet products, as described on each product page.
- These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Lab Results
Each product is tested by an independent, third-party laboratory, and results are posted on our COA page. Potency can vary slightly from the label because of normal manufacturing variation. A certificate reflects the batch tested on the date shown.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons that include product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, an unverifiable age, or a destination where we cannot lawfully ship. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay, plus applicable shipping and taxes. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the method you provide. Your payment details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when you placed them.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
